and welcome to this webpage,
I am currently serving the Lord as the Pastor of St. Thomas Evangelical Lutheran Church in
Streetsboro, OH. I am a Confessional, Christ-focused, and Bible-believing Pastor with an
evangelistic-orientated ministry seeking to reach out into our community with the good
news of the Gospel, inviting people into a transformational relationship with Jesus Christ
and the people of his Church.
My passion is to preach and teach fundamental understanding
of God's Word, the Bible, and the Confessions of the Evangelical Lutheran Church. The core
of my ministry philosophy is that God transforms lives by the power of the Gospel, through
Word and Sacrament ministry, and equips the people of God for the work of the ministry.
Central to my faith is the fact that Jesus Christ is Lord. He
is Savior and Lord of my life. I believe the Bible is God's Word, complete and immutable,
and that the Lutheran Confessions contain a sensible and true witness to proper
understanding and approach to the Bible. Both the Bible and the Lutheran Confessions point
directly to Jesus Christ, the Living Word of God and Lord of the Church. He is God's
primary revelation of himself to us, he is the only mediator between God and us, and he is
the way, the truth, and the life.
